Our tax organizers will help you organize your tax information and make sure you don't miss any important deductions. Each organizer is available in PDF or Excel format:
1. Click one of the links above to bring up the organizer in a new window. You can choose from a PDF file or an Excel file. The Excel file can be edited and completed on your computer. 2. Print the organizer or save the Excel file to your computer. 3. Fill out all the information you can. 4. Call us and schedule a meeting. 5. Bring the completed tax organizer and all supporting documents to the meeting. You can also fax or upload your information to us using the 'Client Portal' found under the 'Services' tab. You will need Adobe Acrobat reader or Excel to view and print the form out. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, click on Windows(R) or Macintosh(R) to download it.
